To begin, what is fetishism and what is it not?

When someone is fetishistic, they are attracted to an object or a specific area of their body for reasons other than sexual fulfilment.

Heteronormative sexuality’s acceptable “fetishes” would include the penis and the vagina, as well as the breasts. To be clear, sex doesn’t just happen in the genitals. You can enjoy it all over your body as well.

Fetishism and fetishism can be distinguished by saying that fetishism is the sexual activity that includes the attraction to sexual items or parts, and that the fetish refers to the particular object or the specific portion of the body that arouses us.

Is it a fetish to pay more attention to certain portions of the body than others? No… Just because you have a particular interest in or preference for the shape of a particular body part does not imply that you are a fetishist for that portion of your body. Feticide will always have an element of sexual and arousing fascination.

Even if you’re intrigued by or particularly fond of hands with lengthy fingers, you aren’t a hand fetishist because of it (unless it turns you on). It’s possible to enjoy various things without having a sexual attraction to that object or body part.

Remember: nothing is written when it comes to sex. There are no rules.

Fetishes, if you think about it, offer pleasure to our sexual activity and are not mutually exclusive. The only thing limiting you is your own creativity: tattoos, high-heeled shoes, lingerie, and so on.

It wasn’t until recently that having intercourse for the sole aim of reproducing was considered unacceptable. Sex for pleasure was frowned upon and despised in everything.

It’s not surprising to find definitions of Fetishism that link it to mental illness even today if we add the fact that any taste considered weird or abnormal is treated like a mental illness.

Fetishism isn’t a problem; go ahead and enjoy yourself while doing it.

Is Fetishism A Kind Of Homosexuality?

That is not the case. If we follow the RAE’s definition, fetishism will remain a “sexual aberration that consists of setting some aspect of the human body as an object of arousal and desire.”

Is that a proper definition? As long as your preferences do not cause harm to others or to yourself, there is NO issue. Embrace your fetish and realise that being different isn’t always a bad thing.

What Do You Think Of Persons That Have Fetishes And Having Them Exposed?

Fetishists are people who have a strong sexual attraction to things or parts of the body that aren’t considered normal in society. While it’s true that they’re unique, that doesn’t mean they should be regarded as rare. It’s okay to be unique, even when it comes to your sexual orientation. There are so many ways to have fun and enjoy yourself…

Is it true that fetishists engage in activities that are regarded as unusual or even rare?

While fetishism is distinct from other forms of sexual behaviour because it differs from the norm, it is not uncommon in the negative sense.
